The story that I am following concerns Governor Barbour's pardons he gave out during his last days in office. State Attorney General Jim Hood, a democrat, plans to invalidate the 198 pardons, however, the case has been postposed until February 9th. One convicted murderer, Joseph Ozment, who has been missing since his release has been found in Wyoming using a different name.

1. Has it been determined if Ozment has been involved in illegal activity since his release?
2. What will happen to the people who were pardoned after they are overturned?
3. What precautions will be taken so that something like this won't happen again?
To Barbour-
4. What was your reasoning behind so many unconstitutional pardons?
5. Was there something behind pardoning so many people at the very end of your term?
